Abs + Roll and Stretch


This class is taught by:
Pilates performed on a foam roller to improve flexibility, function, performance, and reduce injuries. In class we focus on abs and we use own body weight to roll and stretch, massaging away restrictions to normal soft-tissue extensibility.
